A Sales Specialist required for a leading UK Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAVs) specialist, with a reputation built on quality and innovative design. With over 50 years of experience of design, manufacture, and market vehicles that have been extensively converted to allow wheelchair users the freedom to travel in their wheelchairs as passengers. 

Due to consistent growth of the used wheelchair accessible vehicle business, they are now recruiting for a Used Sales Specialist to join team. 

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

•             Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person.

•             Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs.

•             Arranging demonstration test-drives and accompanying customers on these tests.

•             Appraise customer’s part exchanges and liaise with dealers to acquire prices.

•             Negotiating the final price for the sale.

•             Completing the order paperwork for each sale.

•             Ensuring customer interactions and documents are recorded within the CRM system

•             Prospecting potential sales.

•             Liaising with the service team to ensure sold cars are prepared to high quality standards and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.

•             Deliver vehicles to customers and complete necessary paperwork

This role requires a person with a “can do” attitude and the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team. Previous experience in the motor trade, not necessarily the WAV market, would be desirable but not essential.

The applicant would have excellent communication and organisation skills and would be able to use various MS office packages.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

.Full driving licence is essential.

Holidays – 25 days plus Bank Holidays with an existing agreement to use holiday between Christmas and New Year.
