Resident Live in Estate Manager
Location: Patcham, East Sussex, UK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: £18,720 per annum (Includes Onsite Accommodation)
About the Role: Our not-for-profit organization presents an exciting opportunity for an Estate Manager at an attractive independent living retirement development in Patcham. This development comprises 20 units and requires a responsive and competent individual to reside onsite and oversee its day-to-day operations, ensuring it maintains a high standard. Your responsibilities will encompass managing regular building maintenance, tending to garden upkeep, supervising contractors, and conducting routine health and safety checks. Your role is vital in safeguarding the well-being of the residents.

You will take pride in the estate, paying meticulous attention to detail, maintaining accurate health and safety records, and tracking the progress of ongoing tasks and Leaseholder inquiries. Proficiency in basic IT skills and gardening is required, along with an interest in DIY and property maintenance.

Accommodation: As part of the compensation package, the role includes onsite accommodation, which comprises a first-floor flat featuring one bedroom, a lounge, a small kitchen with an electric hob and oven, and a bathroom with a shower above the bath. Please be aware that pets are not permitted, and free parking for two cars is provided.
