This is an Administration Assistant position supporting multiple business divisions across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region from our office in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. to provide back-office administration support and services (both SAP and non-SAP) to the staff and managers of the company’s corporate department.

Main duties include not limited to:

Non-trade payment and Non-Trade receivable workflow creation and administration.

Create and maintain customer / supplier vendor codes.

Create and maintain customer / supplier bank registration records.

Process general administrative work whilst supporting corporate departments.

Completing basic reporting tasks involving downloading of data.

Storage and maintenance of auditing documentation in accordance with Data Protection Regulations.

Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with.

The role holder will be capable and willing in
