Administration Assistant  required to provide administrative support and services to Trading Departments. Working with Business Users to support day to day processing and maintenance of internal processes and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of Business Department work requests for Trading company in South Woodham Ferrers.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

Main duties include but are not limited to:

· Following up and reviewing trading and expense documentation against regulatory requirements.

· Creating requests for accurate financial postings into accounting books.

· Maintain, create and update customer, vendor and service provider details within internal systems.

· Process the day-to-day workload for up to two business departments.

· Assisting business departments with simple queries surrounding business processes and troubleshooting and knowing when to ask supervisors/Line Manager for support.

· Build and maintain positive working relationships with Business Users and colleagues.

· Storage and maintenance of auditing documentation in accordance with Data Protection Regulations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of office based role is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, in particular, Outlook, Excel, Word etc. is essential
  • Demonstrable interest in accountancy either through previous role or education is desirable full training is provided.
