Unified Communications Engineer, Cucm  3 Months,Pro Rata 40k

A leading IT managed services provider, specialising in the delivery of business-critical systems and infrastructure to SME and global multinationals, have a new requirement for a candidate who will be the first point of contact for all new and existing Unified communication clients and resolve their issues.  

You will provide 3rd line and escalation desktop, hardware and software server support to clients based mainly within either the Support Desk or on external sites. This may include assistance to the Site Manager/ Supervisor or other on-site engineers with the administration of the network and the services it provides so that an agreed level of performance is maintained.  

To provide 3rd line Unified communications support and be the first point of contact and resolve issues relating to services provided to our clients. To work with the Network Operations Manager to identify administrative tasks that can be assigned to lower level engineers, document and train those engineers in perform the required tasks.  

Ideally at CCNP Collaboration/Voice level with Experience of Designing & Implementing UC Solutions and good working knowledge across the Cisco UC stack (CUCM, Telepresence, Unity, IM & P, ISRs, WebEx, Teams, Hybrid Services, Expressways, Meeting Server) 

This is a temp position for initially 3 months but will highly likely be extended further with the possible chance of becoming permanent, 

Salary 30-40k Pro Rata
