2nd Line Support Engineer

2nd /3rd Line systems support engineer required for a leading Central London IT solutions provider to  work within their Network Operations Centre based in London.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing Managed Cloud Service Provider. You must have good knowledge and/or experience in 1st and 2nd line support. You must have experience of call logging, raising tickets and providing technical user support. A strong understanding of MS Exchange 2010, MS Office 365, MS Server OS 2008, 2008R2 and 2012R2 as well as a good understanding of network devices, switches and firewalls.

The position is ideal for Support Engineers who are looking to progress onto 3rd line IT support roles in the future as you will be providing cover for the 3rd line team.
