Job Title: Telecom Sales Manager

Location: London

Salary: £3500 - £45,000 with OTE

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

The Role:

As a Sales manager, you will help to drive business forward by selling  products and services for both B2B and B2C and be in charge of the Management of an inbound and outbound sales team along with the need to be able to manage the retentions and upgrades team. 

There is an upcoming will be advertising campaign in digital and print media so experience in assisting in writing adverts is beneficial.

As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you'll strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients. An ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in sales and/or 1-3 years of experience in IT/Telecom companies (in a capacity of a Sales/Business Development Manager or similar)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

·         Find and target new B2Band B2C client opportunities

·         Present product & services to the client and assist them with onboarding process

·         Maintain all records updated in our CRM system

·         Provide high level of service to customers and achieve personal revenue targets

·         Manage the inbound and outbound sales teams

·         Manage the retentions team

The Candidate:

·         You must have a full working proficiency/fluent level of English (verbal and written)

·         You must be able to present our product favourably and in a structured professional way whether it is face-to-face, over the phone or through e-mails

·         You must have good organisational skills

·         Connections with enterprise clients would be advantageous

Candidates with experience or relevant job titles of; Sales Manager, Sales, Telecoms Sales Manager, Telecoms Sales, Telecoms Sales Executive, Telecommunication Sales, Telecommunication Sales Manager, B2B Telecoms Sales, Telecoms Account Manager may also be considered for this role.
