IT Project Delivery Manager required for a leading charity based in East London. 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. 

Reporting to the Head of IT and Facilities, the post holder will play a key role in the planned migration of the existing hosted desktop infrastructure to Microsoft 365 working closely with IT champions and key stakeholders across the business.

The role will assist in delivering a major IT project, the subsequent training and the support of the new infrastructure ensuring maximum return on its investment. 

Essential Experience required is:

  1. Experience of managing IT migration project to Microsoft 365 environment.
  2. Experience of providing IT support in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  3. Experience of developing and implementing a training plan in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  4. Demonstrable an in-depth knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud technologies, networking technologies, IP telephony, smartphones, multi-function print devices, computer hardware, malware protection, Active Directory, Windows server 2016 or above , Exchange server 2016 or above, SQL server 2016 or above, and Windows 10 or above.
  5. Experience of workload management, including task allocation, progress monitoring, quality monitoring and devising rotas.
  6. Experience of managing budgets and expenditure.

This job may allow the post-holder to work at home occasionally, as approved with the line manager and in accordance with the organisation’s home working policy.
