Business support administrator required to provide administrative services to trading Departments.

Working with Company Business Users to support day to day processing and maintenance of internal processes and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of Business Department work requests.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

Contract Creation and Maintenance within SAP Hana System

Following up and reviewing trading and expense documentation against regulatory requirements.

Creating requests for accurate financial postings into company accounting books.

Maintain, create and update customer, vendor and service provider details within internal systems.

Process the day-to-day workload for up to two business departments.

Assisting business departments with simple queries surrounding business processes and troubleshooting and knowing when to ask supervisors/Line Manager for support.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with Business Users and LPC colleagues.

Storage and maintenance of auditing documentation in accordance with Data Protection Regulations.

The role holder will be capable and willing in

Communicating effectively to Line Manager, own department, company Departments and other Departments.

Managing their own personal workload adhering to Service Level Agreement.

Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Following instructions and adhering to rules/procedures set by the company, other third-party authorities.

Undertaking training suggested to improve knowledge and skills in line with the role.

Approaching tasks in a positive and considerate manner

Responding and learning from feedback whilst maintaining a positive attitude
Experience
Experience of office role is desirable

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, in particular, Outlook, Excel, Word etc. is essential.
